Customized 12V advertise Projector Light for Moving Electric Scooters
Our company, Aladdin, recently had the opportunity to work on an ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) project for a customer in the advertise projector electric bicycles on behalf of others industry. The customer requested a small-sized projection light to be used on their small electric scooters for promotional purposes. They wanted to project their ride-hailing software brand onto surfaces while riding electric bicycles on behalf of others.
The customer had specific requirements for the advertise Projector. It needed to be low voltage, operating at 12V, and have a compact size of no more than 10 centimeters. The weight of the light should not exceed 0.8kg, and it should be easily attachable to the scooter handlebar without falling off during movement. Additionally, the projection light needed to provide a large image with a projection ratio of 0.8 and be waterproof.
Our team of engineers took on the challenge and began the design process. We carefully considered the customer's requirements and started developing a prototype sample. The customer even provided us with one of their electric scooters for installation and testing.
After several iterations and adjustments, we successfully designed a compact and lightweight electric bicycles advertise Projector that met all the customer's specifications. The Projector was securely attached to the scooter's handlebar and remained stable even during movement. It provided a clear and large image projection with a ratio of 0.8. We also implemented waterproofing measures to ensure the light's durability in various weather conditions.
Once the prototype was approved by the customer, we proceeded with the production of 500 sets of the customized projection lights. The production process was carefully monitored to maintain the high quality standards expected by our customer.
Upon completion, we delivered the 500 sets of projection lights to the customer, who was highly satisfied with the final product. The lights were successfully integrated into their electric scooters, allowing them to effectively promote their ride-hailing software brand while on the move.
This ODM project not only showcased our company's expertise in customizing projection lights but also demonstrated our ability to meet specific customer requirements. We are proud to have successfully delivered a tailored solution that met the customer's expectations and contributed to their promotional efforts.
