A: 1. The engineer is online for 24-hours, they can check the problems and then give you solution way very soon; 2. All our logo projectors have two-year warranty. If there is any problems of logo projector parts under "normal use", new parts will be sent to you but your side should pay the shipping cost.

How to choose a projector?
A: In order to choose the necessary projector model, two factors must be taken into account: - the distance from the Gobo projector to the surface where the image will be directed. The greater the distance, the more powerful the Gobo projector is needed; - the illumination of the place where the projection will be directed. The darker the place, the brighter the image will be. Noparde Gobo projectors differ in power from 50 to 100 W.

Why do you need a gobo lens?
A: A gobo slide (lens) is a 1 mm thick thermal glass on which a pattern is applied with a special laser machine. In full-color slides - by the thermal printing method.

Does the logo rotate it spins around?
A: Yes, it can be rotary or still as you want by remote controller.

When can I expect my order ?

A: We deliver all orders within 9-14 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please keep in mind we produce your order after payment, we do not simply grab your order from a warehouse. Please understand before you make a purchase with us, that these orders are custom BUILT TO ORDER.
