Noparde specializes in ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) projects to meet our customers' specific gobo light projectors requirements. We have a dedicated projectors development team that utilizes software such as UG to design and create 3D models. The cost of designing the product is borne by the customer, and we work on the structural design based on their specifications. Once the sample is confirmed and approved by the customer, we proceed with mass production.
The minimum order quantity for these customized products is determined based on the complexity of the product. For example, we have previously designed and produced embedded solutions that are completely concealed, including customized gear structures and heat sinks. We have also fulfilled requests for customized products that combine projection lights and home lighting.
4-Line Track Projector Design And Manufacture
A customer from Vietnam who was in need of a customized 4-line track projector for their commercial space. In our industry, it is common to find 2-line or 3-line track projector in China, so this request required us to specially design and manufacture European standard track accessories.
The customer had specific requirements for the quality of the track bars, so our engineers went above and beyond to create a 4-line track bar that met their expectations. After the manufacturing process was completed, we conducted thorough testing to ensure the track's performance and durability.
A North America who required a customized zoom lens for their projection needs. The customer needed the ability to control the size of the projection, as their usage scenarios were uncertain. Therefore, the projection size ratio needed to be adjustable.
To meet this requirement, we collaborated with our lens supplier to design a solution. Through the use of 12 optical lenses, we were able to adjust the position and size of the projection while maintaining a consistent projection distance. This zoom lens project incurred higher costs and was designed for use with our 300-watt high-power projection lamp.
Our company, Aladdin, recently had the opportunity to work on an ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) project for a customer in the advertise projector electric bicycles on behalf of others industry. The customer requested a small-sized projection light to be used on their small electric scooters for promotional purposes. They wanted to project their ride-hailing software brand onto surfaces while riding electric bicycles on behalf of others.
The customer had specific requirements for the advertise Projector. It needed to be low voltage, operating at 12V, and have a compact size of no more than 10 centimeters. The weight of the light should not exceed 0.8kg, and it should be easily attachable to the scooter handlebar without falling off during movement.

We collaborated with a government agency in China on a customized control board project last year 2022. The requirements for this municipal engineering lighting project were to enable remote control of the product's playback, with a range of over 100 meters. Additionally, the control board needed to have the capability to control multiple projection lights for synchronized pattern changes. To meet these requirements, the control board needed to receive DMX512 and RS232 signals.
The design of the control board included 12 interface terminals to accommodate the necessary connections. Furthermore, a display monitor was integrated into the controller for easy monitoring and control.
